Exchange

* Items can be exchanged within 30 days of their original shipment. The item must be shipped in the same “as new” condition.

* First, send us an e-mail at and let us know your order number and the desired new item, size, or color you want. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

* After confirmation from our customer service team, send us the package to our warehouse address at your own cost: Rua São Paulo, nº12, 1200-429, Lisboa (Fairly Normal)

* For all orders, once the item is received and registered, we’ll ship the new one free of charge.

* If you are in Portugal and want to avoid any additional shipping costs, there is also the option to leave the item at our Dropping Point (free of charge). Your new product will also be there waiting for you: Rua São Paulo, nº12, 1200-429, Lisboa (Fairly Normal)

Returns

* Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same “as new” condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same “as new” condition will be eligible for a store credit.

* First, send us an e-mail at and let us know your order number and the item you are returning.

* After confirmation from our customer service team, send us the package to our warehouse address at your own cost: Rua São Paulo, nº12, 1200-429, Lisboa (Fairly Normal)

* Once the package is received and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued within 5 working days.

* If you are in Portugal and want to avoid any additional shipping costs, there is also the option to leave the item at our Dropping Point (free of charge): Rua São Paulo, nº12, 1200-429, Lisboa (Fairly Normal)

* All sale/off-season sales are final and cannot be returned.
