Exchange

* Items can be exchanged within 30 days of their original shipment. The item must be shipped in the same “as new” condition.

* First, send us an e-mail at and let us know your order number and the desired new item, size or color you want. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

* After confirmation from our customer service team, send us the package to our warehouse address at your own cost: Rua Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, nº12, 2685-367 Prior Velho, Loures (Vagas Soltas Lda)

* For all orders, once the item is received and registered, we’ll ship the new one free of charge.

* If you are in Portugal and want to avoid any additional shipping costs, there is also the option to leave the item at our Dropping Point (free of charge). Your new product will also be there waiting for you: Rua Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, nº12, 2685-367 Prior Velho, Loures (Vagas Soltas Lda)

Returns

* Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same “as new” condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same “as new” condition will be eligible for a store credit.

* First, send us an e-mail at and let us know your order number and the item you are returning.

* After confirmation from our customer service team, send us the package to our warehouse address at your own cost: Rua Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, nº12, 2685-367 Prior Velho, Loures (Vagas Soltas, Lda)

* Once the package is received and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued within 5 working days.

Repair

* In case of damage in one of our items, we offer a repair service.

* To avoid unnecessary costs and to reduce carbon footprint we recommend you to first try some of our DIY solutions.

* If not, send us an email to info@fairly-normal specifying the damage (including a picture) and we’ll get back to you within 48h.

* Depending on the degree of damage, the repair service can be either free of charge or we send a budget for approval.

* After confirmation, ship the item to our warehouse, for us to evaluate if the product can be repaired – shipping at your own expense. Rua Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, nº12, 2685-367 Prior Velho, Loures (Vagas Soltas, Lda)

* When the repair is complete the item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
